Due to the increased popularity of coffee, choosing the right roasters can be a very difficult task.  Here at Ginger Cat we have spent a lot of time researching, visiting and tasting coffee from a number of roasters until we found the perfect blend that’s ethically sourced.  Too often, poor quality coffee is served to customers due to low grade beans or insufficient knowledge. We aim to provide you with freshly roasted speciality coffee that you and your customers will love without you having to do the hard work.
